Each passenger has access to a personal account created by their Flight Department, directly within the Moove app.From their account, they can instantly view and select the aircraft they’re authorized to use, whether it’s a single jet or multiple aircraft linked to their profile. Scheduling

As soon as a flight is requested, the Flight Department receives the mission directly on their Moove dashboard.

Complete, adjust, cancel, or confirm the flight request. Send back a proposal to the passenger with modified details. Once confirmed, the mission is automatically added to the shared calendar, keeping everyone in sync. Moove’s AI then assigns the most suitable crew to the flight.

Real-time updates and confirmations are sent to the passengers in case of changes, and the digital flight ticket is instantly available in their Moove account for easy access and sharing.
