As soon as a flight is requested, the Flight Department receives the mission directly on their Moove dashboard.
From there, they can complete, adjust, cancel, or confirm the flight request.
If needed, they can also send back a proposal to the passenger with modified details. Once confirmed, the mission is automatically added to the shared calendar, keeping everyone in sync.
Moove’s AI then assigns the most suitable crew to the flight,
thanks to their rest time, certifications, availability, and other key data, ensuring safe, compliant, and efficient crew scheduling with minimal manual input.
